Shipping and Returns


How Long Will Shipping Take?

Your order will be packed and shipped off within 2-4 days after receiving it from Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Your order will then be shipped using Australia Post which can take up to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on what state you live in. Express Post can take up to 1-3 business days to be delivered.

I’ve Received My Order And Something Is Wrong!

If you have received your order and there is something missing / broken please get in contact by emailing us straight away once the order has arrived at          mini-eco@outlook.com Please include your order number in the title of the email.

 

Safety

Your child should never be left unsupervised while wearing/using our products. By placing an order you agree to supervise your child when they are wearing/using our products. Mini Eco accepts no liability for use, misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.

 

Refund Policy

We will gladly exchange or offer you a refund for any items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged.

Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, all items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unwashed, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.

All Mini Eco products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products.

Returns should be posted via insured traceable mail in a secure package at the customers expense. Please email mini-eco@outlook.com to process your return.

 

Cancellations & Amendments

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address

  • Change to colours and sizes

  • Adding or removing items

  • Applying discounts

  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.


Do I Have To Pay Tax On My Orders?

For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
